Time Bottle

Time Bottle

As the creator of this oil painting, I am honored to share with you my creative process and sources of inspiration.

The subject of this oil painting is a transparent bottle filled with amber colored liquid whiskey. In the creative process, I chose to use heavy brushstrokes and rich color layers to express the texture of bottles and liquids. The transparent part of the bottle uses a cooler gray color to reflect subtle changes in light, while the liquid part uses warm orange and yellow to create a warm and enticing atmosphere.

The background treatment is relatively simple, using light toned walls and leaving peeling marks in some places, adding a sense of hierarchy and history to the picture. This processing method not only highlights the dominant position of the bottle, but also adds a retro atmosphere to the entire picture.

In terms of composition, I placed the bottle in the center of the picture, making it the visual focal point. At the same time, the use of light and shadow enhances the three-dimensional and spatial sense of the bottle. The reflection and refraction effects of light are meticulously depicted, making the bottle look more realistic and vivid.

The inspiration for this oil painting comes from my observation and love for small objects in daily life. I hope that through this painting, a sense of tranquility, warmth, and nostalgia can be conveyed, allowing viewers to appreciate and feel the beauty and purity of life at the same time.
